Phone Number Format Generator for Discord

About Discord Phone Numbers:

Discord requires phone verification for some features. This tool generates properly formatted phone number examples for testing and demonstration purposes only.

⚠️ Note: These are randomly generated numbers in valid formats. They are NOT real phone numbers and should only be used for formatting reference or testing in development environments.

Ten country formats

Choose a country and the tool builds a number matching that country's typical digit count and mobile prefix — for example, selecting Japan produces a number starting with the "90" mobile prefix common to Japanese cell numbers, formatted as +81 90X-XXX-XXXX. US and Canada numbers draw from a realistic area-code range and avoid exchanges starting with 0 or 1, matching real North American Numbering Plan rules.

Three display styles

International includes the country calling code with dashes (+1 650-234-5678), National drops the country code (650-234-5678), and Discord format strips all separators into one continuous digit string, matching how Discord's verification field expects input. Switching formats doesn't regenerate the number — it just re-renders the last one you drew.

Why this exists

Discord requires phone verification to unlock certain features (like DM'ing users you don't share a server with), and its input field is picky about formatting. This tool is for previewing how a number should look before you enter your own real number, or for populating a UI mockup or tutorial screenshot — not for supplying a number to actually complete Discord's verification flow, which requires a working phone line that can receive an SMS or call.

Format reference, not a real number

Every digit after the country's fixed prefix is generated with Math.random(). These numbers are not assigned to any subscriber, will not receive texts or calls, and will fail if entered into any live verification system.
